Stunning thin, long tusk pendant is hand carved from prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory and finished with a rhodium plated sterling silver open petals setting.

Prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory is found in the cold northern regions of Alaska, Canada, Russia, and Siberia. These fossil tusk materials may range in age from 10,000 to 200,000 years, and natural colors vary in shades of cream, tan, brown and, very rarely, blue and green.
